Remote Support

All remote assistance is provided at the rate of 35.70 per 15 minutes with a minimum charge of one hour ($150).
We offer remote assistance in two methods; Microsoft Remote Assistance and Beyond Trust Remote. I prefer the Microsoft Remote assistance as it does not load and run additional software; however, it can become a bit confusing if you do not have your email configured correctly and may have problems navigating a firewall.
